Natural stone is a beautiful addition to any setting and a stylish and durable option. Adele stone table tops are extremely strong and durable, but they are not indestructible and do require regular maintenance to keep in good condition and prevent staining. Before you purchase please consider the care recommendations (click care tab).

Features
• 2 year structural warranty.
• The Adele marble top is made with two pieces of stone glued together. The top surface is one continuous piece and the bottom ring part is another piece. These two pieces are being stuck together with formaldehyde-free glue.
• Polished stone – a lovely high shine to this table top.
• Commercial grade table top.
• Clean up spills immediately. Water left unwiped can lead to watermarks. We recommend regular use of a cesarstone cleaner to maintain your top.
• Avoid placing very hot items directly on your table top. We recommend use of heat resistant mats.
• Suitable for indoor or alfresco use. Do not leave outside in the rain or in direct sun.
• Adele table tops are also available in round and rectangle.

Assembly
Supplied with a timber backing to make it easy to attach to a wide range of table bases. Do not use screws longer than 16 mm long.
Guide marks are supplied on the underside of this table top, for attachment to the Chairforce range of bases with square attachment plates.
NB timber is inset 30mm from the edge of the underside. Table bases will need to be fixed inside this edge.

MAINTENANCE OF ADELE TABLE TOPS

Following a few easy steps will help keep your table top in the best possible condition. Our recommendations are as follows:

DAILY CLEANING
For everyday, routine cleaning of these Adele stone tops we recommend wiping the surface with warm soapy water (a mild detergent) and a soft, clean, damp cloth or sponge, or use a stone spray cleaner. Do not use the same cloth to wash the dishes. It may transfer oils and other contaminants to the surface. Dry thoroughly after cleaning with a clean cloth to prevent water spots.

STAINS
**All Spills should be wiped up immediately to avoid water mark staining.**
We highly recommend use of cork mats, coasters or place mats and to wipe your table immediately if you notice a spill.
Stone table tops are naturally subject to chipping, particularly the edges when tables are moved or pushed together. If you regularly change your seating or are looking to move these tables outside during the day, please opt for a different top such as the Chairforce Ciro Table Top Range, available in black or white marble.

PREVENTING DAMAGE
• DO NOT apply bleach, windex, gumption, jif or vinegar.
• DO NOT ALLOW ANY LIQUID TO STAND ON THIS STONE TOP.
Marble is highly porous, which means it is very susceptible to staining and water marks. Any liquid spills should be wiped up immdiately to avoid staining.
• Needless to say, to avoid scratching and potential cracks/chips from over vigorous staff piling up chairs on your table, please do not stack chairs on your table tops. Stackable chairs are an ideal option.
• Always wipe up spills quickly to avoid staining.
• Because heat can discolour stone, we do not advise placing hot items straight onto this table top. Once discoloured it can be very hard to fix and may require resurfacing. Use of a cork mat should suffice.
• Use felt pads on the bottom of objects that will remain on the table top for long periods. This is especially important with natural stone materials or items that contain moisture; residual moisture can transfer to the concrete and cause discolouration

When choosing to purchase an Adele stone table top, we ask you to acknowledge that part of the charm of a natural stone table is that it’s like a living, breathing entity. The surface changes and evolves over time through use and age. That’s part of what makes it so unique. Please consider that the “lived in” appearance of stone offers a beauty all its own.
